Eclair Cake

  • 1 Box Graham Crackers
  • 2 Large Boxes Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1 Tub of Cool Whip (12 oz.)
  • 1 Tub of Chocolate Frosting
DIRECTIONS
  1. Make vanilla pudding according to package instructions. After pudding sits for about 5 minutes fold in gently the tub of Cool Whip. In a 12 X 8 pan line the bottom with one layer of graham crackers. Pour on top half the pudding/whip cream mixture. Lay another layer of graham crackers. Pour the remainder of pudding/whip cream mixture. Lay another layer of graham crackers. In microwave heat chocolate frosting on high for 1 minute and pour over the top of final layer of graham crackers. Immediately put in freezer overnight. When ready to serve let thaw for about 3 hours, cut and serve.
