Edamame Hummus
INGREDIENTS

- 2 cups of cooked edamame
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/2 teaspoon of wasabi paste
- 1/8 teaspoon of fresh grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of tahini
- 1 teaspoon of fresh squeezed lime / or rice wine vinegar
- olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- Toss all ingredients in your food processor
- Add olive oil for desired consistency.
