Egg Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 6 slices good white bread cubed (crusts removed)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. Sausage (Jimmy Dean sage preferred) cooked, drained and crumbled
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine first 4 ingredients and beat well. Stir in remaining ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 covered for 50 minutes. Uncover and cook until browned on top.
