Egg Mc'stuffin

  • 1 package stove top stuffing (i used chicken flavor)
  • 6 x-large eggs
  • sour cream (optional)
  • butter
  • pace lime salsa (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. pre-heat oven to 350*
  2. prepare stuffing package as directed on box (i don't remember) *i think it was 1 1/2 cups water / 4 tlb butter*
  3. lightly grease muffin pan
  4. scoop stuffing into the muffin pan *i used the jumbo muffins 6 count* fill half way with stuffing
  5. crack an egg on top of each stuffing cup or whisk the eggs with a little sour cream and scoop ontop of each stuffing cup.
  6. bake (i think i baked it for about 13 mins...) i don't remember.... i eyeballed it *i cooked it till the eggs looked done enough by my standards*
  7. serve with lime salsa (optional)
