Egg Yolk Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 60
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 2 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring
DIRECTIONS
- Mix in order given (shortening, sugar, egg yolks, flour, soda, cream of tartar, vanilla and lemon flavoring), adding soda and cream of tartar to flour.
- Roll into small balls. Dip
- in sugar and flatten on cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10
- minutes.
- Makes 60 cookies.
