Elbows with Scallion and Herb Butter

- Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
- 2 c. elbow macaroni
- 4 Tbls. butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 c. scallions, sliced thin
- pinch of each: tarragon, oregano, parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Boil pasta in water until al dente, drain and set aside
- Melt butter in a small skillet, stir in remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
- Toss with pasta and serve
