Elbows with Scallion and Herb Butter

  • 2 c. elbow macaroni
  • 4 Tbls. butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 c. scallions, sliced thin
  • pinch of each: tarragon, oregano, parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil pasta in water until al dente, drain and set aside
  2. Melt butter in a small skillet, stir in remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
  3. Toss with pasta and serve
