Elsie's Potatoes

- 6 potatoes, (I usually go with one per person)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp onion salt
- pepper to taste
- 2-4 Tbsp butter, melted
DIRECTIONS
- Peel and boil potatoes until soft. Drain.
- Mix all ingredients except butter.
- Place potato mixture into casserole dish and put butter over top.
- Bake covered, at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Can be made ahead in morning and cooked in slow cooker. Freezes well, if doing so thaw before baking.
