Empty Plate Mexican Dip
  • one 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • one 16 oz. sour cream
  • one package taco seasoning.
  • refried beans
  • shredded cheddar
  1. Mix: one 8 oz. package cream cheese,
  2. one 16 oz. sour cream,and one package taco seasoning.
  3. Add salsa until the consistency is the way you like it (I might try just 8 oz. of sour cream next time, this part of the dip seems a little runny - but still yummy!).
  4. On a large plate, layer: refried beans, cream cheese mixture, and a whole lot of shredded cheddar.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
My daughter and her friends scarfed this down last week at her birthday party. I like it because it doesn't have "scary" stuff in it - like black olives.
