Enchilada Casserole

- Cooking Time: 30-45 minutes
- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 1-lb Hamburger meat, browned
- 1 Onion, chopped
- garlic and salt to taste
- 1 can chopped Green chilies
- 1 can Taco sauce
- 1 can Enchilada sauce
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
- 1 small can evaporated milk (I add a little extra regular milk)
- 12 Corn tortillas
- 2 cups shredded Cheese
DIRECTIONS
- Mix first 9 ingredients together. Layer the bottom of 13x9 dish with 6 corn tortillas . Pour 1/2 the mixture on top of the tortillas. Layer 6 tortillas and the remaining mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes.
- This makes a large casserole.
