Enchilada Casserole

  • Cooking Time: 30-45 minutes

  • 1-lb Hamburger meat, browned
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • garlic and salt to taste
  • 1 can chopped Green chilies
  • 1 can Taco sauce
  • 1 can Enchilada sauce
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 small can evaporated milk (I add a little extra regular milk)
  • 12 Corn tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded Cheese
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix first 9 ingredients together. Layer the bottom of 13x9 dish with 6 corn tortillas . Pour 1/2 the mixture on top of the tortillas. Layer 6 tortillas and the remaining mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 400 for 30-45 minutes.
  2. This makes a large casserole.
