- You will need:
- As many frozen burrito as your family will eat. If you remember early in the day then put them in the fridge to thaw. If not, don't worry about it.
- Butter
- 1 Can enchilada sauce
- Shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS
- That's it! Place the burritos in a pan (I usually use my 8x8 pyrex, but whatever pan fits as many burritos as you need).
- Then put butter all over the top.
- This will help the tortillas get crunchy.
- Bake them as directed on the package.
- The last 5-10 minutes pour the can of sauce over the burritos and then cover liberally with cheese.
- Let that warm up and melt the last few minutes of cooking. And you're done!
- I serve this with rice and corn usually.
