Eric’s Extreme Cheesecake as seen in “Cooking Desserts”

  • 1. 15 graham crackers, crushed
  • 2. 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3. 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 4. 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 5. -3/4 cup milk
  • 6. -4 eggs
  • 7. -1 cup sour cream
  • 8. 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 9. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  1. 1. Mix in a bowl the eggs with a fork and let that be
  2. 2.Put the milk vanilla and flour into a plastic bowl (mix it good)
  3. 3.then add the sour cream, melted butter and white sugar to the plastic bowl mix until it’s a paste
  4. 4.add packages of cream cheese stir until it’s the same color all around
  5. 5.get your pan out and spray it with a little olive oil then put the paste in the pan
  6. 6.put it in the oven for 25 min
  7. 7.after 25 min take it out of the oven then let it cool for 5 min
  8. 8.After all that enjoy!
This Cheesecake recipe has been in my mom’s side of the family for the good part of 40 years. The first time my mom made it was when she was in Med school and after she ate some she thought it was great. Then she brought it to my families Thanksgiving and everyone loved it.
