Ethel's Home Remedy( tea)

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Cheyenne
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
- 1 TBS Honey ( more if you are wimpy)
- 1 TBS Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2Cup hot boiling water
DIRECTIONS
- Mix it all in a tea cup and sip the whole thing (one tea cup about 1/2 cup) every 4 hours until you start feeling better. try hard to drink it all. if you are the wimpy type you can put more honey in to help calm the heat of the Cheyenne.
