FALLOFF THE BONE RIBS

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 lbs. pork ribs
  • 1 lg. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. meat tenderizer
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce
  • ½ c. catsup
  • ¼ c. yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbps. brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place ribs in a large pot.
  2. Cover with water and add onion and meat tenderizer.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
  5. Put ribs in a 2 qt. baking dish.
  6. Mix up sauce ingredients and pour over the ribs.
  7. Bake for 35 minutes in a 450º oven, uncovered.
