FALLOFF THE BONE RIBS
INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 35
- 3 lbs. pork ribs
- 1 lg. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
- ½ c. catsup
- ¼ c. yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp. honey
- 2 tbps. brown sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Place ribs in a large pot.
- Cover with water and add onion and meat tenderizer.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Put ribs in a 2 qt. baking dish.
- Mix up sauce ingredients and pour over the ribs.
- Bake for 35 minutes in a 450º oven, uncovered.
