FRENCH DIP
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 pound chuck roast
  • 4 beef bouillon cubes
  • 2 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon savory or seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
DIRECTIONS
  1. Simmer on top of the stove several hours or until tender.
  2. Serve on thick slices of French bread or French rolls.
  3. Dip sandwich into juice.
