FRIED BOLOGNA SANDWICH BARB FANKHAUSER'S STYLE
INGREDIENTS
  • Thick sliced bologna
  • Sandwich bread of your choice
  • Miracle whip
  • Opt toppings: Lettuce, tomato, cheese, cukes, sweet pickle relish, baby spinach leaves ect
DIRECTIONS
  1. Take 2-4 or more pieces of bologna and poke a holew in the center of the bologna and make a straight line cut out to the edge (stops it from turning into a hat when cooking)
  2. Put Mayo (Northern and midwest states use miracle whip!) on both slices of bread
  3. Fry the bologna on both sides add on top of 1 of your slices of bread.
  4. Add your fav veggie toppings and cover w/ your other slice of bread
