FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Cups Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar (I have used Splenda)
  • 3 tsp. Baking Soda
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 14 oz. can Fruit Cocktail (I use the kind canned in pear juice)
  • Sauce topping
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together and bake at 300 - 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
  2. Spread sauce topping on cake while hot.

I have a French Canadian SIL and I got this recipe from her. I love the cake but I really love the topping.
