FRUIT CRISP

INGREDIENTS
  • - 3 cups sliced apples
  • - 1 16 ounces can juice-packed peaches, undrained
  • - 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • - 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
  • - 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • - 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • - 3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
  • - 2 tablespoon reduced-fat margarine
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 375┬░Lightly coat a 9x9" bak-pan with nonstick cooking spray. Put apples & peaches in pan. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ings. Stir half of mixture into fruit. Sprinkle remainder of the dry mixture over top of the fruit & bake for 30 min.
