FRUIT SALAD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS
  • 1cup pineapple juice
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1/2cup sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2cup heavy cream, not whipped
  • Cook all, except the cream, until thick.
  • Cool.
  • Add the cream.
DIRECTIONS
  1. Makes enough to mix in with approximately 8 cups of mix fruit chunks.
