Fajita Chicken Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 uncooked package of seasoned fajita chicken strips
- 1 green bell pepper diced
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup marinated mushroom buds, cut into small pieces.
- 1 small can of diced black olives
- 2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 4 large tablespoons of minced garlic
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
- Oregano to taste
- 1 lb salad pasta your choice
DIRECTIONS
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta and chicken, mix well.
- Grill or fry chicken well done and dice.
- Follow directions on package to cook pasta.
- Add cooked diced chicken to bowl, mix well ensuring olive oil and vinegar cover meat.
- Add cooked drained pasta to bowl and mix well ensuring olive oil and vinegar cover the pasta.
- If mixture seems dry add more of both liquids.
