Fajita Egg Bake
INGREDIENTS

- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can Rotel
- 2 cups leftover fajita meat
- 1 cup cooked chopped, onions, and bellpepper strips
- salt and pepper
- dash of hot sauce
- 1/2 cup mexican cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all together.
- Pour into 13 x9 dish, top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 50 -60 minutes or til set.
