INGREDIENTS
  • 16 oz. chick peas (8 oz fava beans)
  • 1 med chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp corriander and cumin
  • .5 tsp salt
  • .5 tsp baking soda
  • oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix and form falafel balls.
