Fall Pumpkin Cake

  • 1 cake mix...orange, spice, yellow or the new carrot
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. canola oil
  • 1 15 oz. can pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 t. ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 4 large eggs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all & beat until well blended. Pour into sprayed 9"x13" pan & bake at 350` for 45 minutes or until tested done. Top with crean cheese frosting.
