• 2 c. sugar
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp soda
• 4 T. cocoa
• 2 sticks butter, melted
• 1 c boiling water
• 1/2 c buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Frosting:
• 1 1/3 c sugar
• 6 T. milk
• 6 T. butter
• 1/2 c chocolate chips

1. Mix together dry ingredients.
2. Add wet ingredients and beat together until smooth. Pour into an ungreased jellyroll pan.
3. Bake for 25-30 min at 350 deg. cool.

5. Place first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil one min. REmove from stove and add 1/2 c chocolate chips. Beat by hand until it begins to thicken and pour over brownies.

I received this recipe from a friend and now make them whenever I need something to take somewhere..otherwise I'd eat the whole darn panful!
