Famous Potato Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 pounds of Idaho potatoes
  • 1/2 stick of butter or margarine
  • 1 cup of Romano cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 glass of milk
  • 1 8 oz mozzarella diced
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 bag of breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil potatoes (with skin) until cooked
  2. Peel and rice potatoes in a bowl
  3. Add butter, milk, cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper
  4. Beat with mixer until creamy
  5. Fold in diced mozzarella
  6. Butter a casserole dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs
  7. Pour in potatoes and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top
  8. Bake in oven 375 degrees for a half hour or until golden brown
