Fast and easy oven roasted ribs

  • 1.5 to 2 lb pork loin ribs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2c ketchup
  • 1/4c brown sugar
  • 2tbsp yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic pwder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add ribs to large stockpot and cover with water. bring to simmer. preheat oven to 400F
  2. while ribs simmer mix ingredients together to make Barbeque sauce
  3. once ribs are just under fork tender remove from pot and place in a sprayed 9x13 pan lined with foil. using a brush or spoon, coat ribs in sauce. covering the entire surface, front to back.
  4. bake covered for 12 minutes
  5. remove from oven, reapply sauce, then return to oven uncovered for 10 minutes
