Favorite Marinade for all things-tofu, chicken, pork, steak

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce (I prefer Kikkoman)
- 2 t. grated ginger root
- 2 t. minced garlic
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate overnight in ziplock bag, turning in the AM before school.
- Discard marinade & grill meat or tofu until desired level of doneness.
- Delicious!
