Fettuccine Alfredo

  • 12 oz. RONZONI Fettuccine, uncooked
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 cup (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prep Time: 5 minutes
  2. Start to Finish: 20 minutes
  3. Ingredients:
  4. 12 oz. RONZONI Fettuccine, uncooked
  5. 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
  6. 1 cup (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, at room temperature
  7. 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  8. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  9. Instructions:
  10. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  11. Drain well; place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
  12. Add butter, whipping cream, cheese and parsley; toss until pasta is well coated.
  13. Salt and pepper to taste.
  14. 4 to 6 servings.
