Fettuccine Alfredo

- 12 oz. RONZONI Fettuccine, uncooked
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Start to Finish: 20 minutes
- Ingredients:
- 12 oz. RONZONI Fettuccine, uncooked
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain well; place in warm serving dish large enough for tossing.
- Add butter, whipping cream, cheese and parsley; toss until pasta is well coated.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 to 6 servings.
