Fettuccine Alfredo
INGREDIENTS

- Preparation Time: 15 minutes
- 8 oz fettuccine
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, opt
- dash of pepper
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (or asiago)
DIRECTIONS
- Cook fettuccine according to package directions; drain well. Add cream, butter, basil and pepper. Toss until noodles are well-coated. Add parmesan cheese and toss gently. Serve immediately
