Fettuccine in Creamy Dill Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes

DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter with garlic in pan.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Add cream, salt and pepper, and parmesan cheese Stir until cheese is melted.
  4. Reduce heat and add fresh dill and tomatoes.
  5. Remove from heat and pour over pasta.
