Flødestuvet spinat- Danish Sauce

  • 500 gr spinach
  • 1/2L ceam
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 2 tbl butter
  • salt pepper
  • 1 tbl fresh dill
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add spinach, dill ,cream ,salt pepper. Cook around 5 minutes. Add yoghurt and cook for 10 mins .
