Flip the Tube Chicken Wings
  • Cooking Time: 45-50 minutes
  • Servings: 6-8
  • Preparation Time: 30 minutes
  • 18 chicken wings, (raw, thawed)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Sauce:
  • 1 cup of hickory flavor BBQ sauce
  • hickory smoke flavor
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoon of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place the wings on a single layer on the pan and place in the oven. Cook for 35-40 minutes, depending on the size of the wings, turning over once.
  3. While wings are baking, make the sauce by mixing all sauce ingredients together. When wings are done baking, carefully dip them in the sauce and place them back in the oven for another 5-10 minutes or until the sauce is bubbling.
Nice combination of dry and wet rub for wings. Alec likes super spicy buffalo wings, but no one else can enjoy. This is a nice compromise and family favorite on game nights.
