Forced Meatballs

INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb sausage meat (use Jimmy Dean or some other kind of breakfast sausage – not hot)
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- Egg
- ¼ cup chopped fresh Parsley
- Flour
DIRECTIONS
- Mix pork sausage meet with stuffing mix (use about one quarter stuffing mix to the sausage proportion).
- Beat an egg and add it also to the mixture along with the chopped parsley.
- Use your hands to squidge it together.
- It will be soft and messy.
- Shape the mixture into 1½ inch balls and roll in a small amount of flour on a plate just to lightly coat them.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes until brown.
- Put them in the oven after the turkey comes out.
