Forgivin' Meatloaf
INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 pounds of meat
- 2-3 eggs
- 1-2 pieces of bread
- Handful of oatmeal
- 2 - 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce OR if you like it really spicy, add SALSA instead of tomato sauce.
- Sage, for a none-spicy taste; or pepper; for a "zesty" taste
DIRECTIONS
- Add 4-5 pounds of meat in pan (works best if you're using the pan you're cooking in - is easier, saves time and mess).
- Tear up the bread in SMALL, BABY-SIZED pieces. Add 2-3 eggs, add the tomato sauce; mix.
- Add sage for a none-spicy taste; add pepper for a spicy taste
- Cook for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown at *400.
