Four-Layer Breakfast Dish
  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 2 to 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a frying pan, brown sausage; drain excess fat. Beat eggs and milk together. Put rolls in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch buttered casserole dish; layer sausage and egg mixture, and top with cheese. Bake for 30 to 50 minutes, until eggs are not runny.
