  • Cooking Time: 4-6 hours

  • 2 cans condensed cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 4 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 2lbs frankfurtes, thinly sliced
  • 1 8 ounce container of sour cream
  • 1 package English muffins
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mixture will be thick
  2. In crock pot mixture the first 5 ingredients together
  3. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  4. Turn to high
  5. Stir in sour cream
  6. If to thick add a little water to thin
  7. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes longer
  8. Serve over toasted English muffins
