French Dressing

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar -- red wine and/or balsamic
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Blend well and serve over salad. Refrigerate
