French Toast Protein Shake - low fat

  • 1 lrg ripe banana
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 6 or so cubes of ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • cinnamon powder - you can use a lot (say 2 table spoons.. I just shake it in) because it will balance out with the protein powder
  1. In a blender combine all ingredients and blend.
WOW! I just made this shake up. We have a juice bar down the street that I have absolutely fallen in love with their french toast smoothie. I think I just recreated it! The juice bar shake costs $7 bucks.. mine was a fraction of the cost so now I think I can enjoy my favorite drink a lot more!
