Fresh-Cut, Oven-Baked French Fries
  • Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Seasonings Of Choice
  1. Oven Temperature: 400°F
  2. *Slice potato in half length-wise; continue slicing each half until you have 8-12 long pieces (depending on how big the potato and how thick or thin you want the fries)
  3. *In a large plastic bag, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika (or any other seasonings of choice)
  4. *Dump the potatoes and toss to coat; put fries on a greased cookie sheet and make sure they all lay flat
  5. *Bake 20 minutes, flip them over, bake 10 minutes more until crispy
