Fresh Healthier Hummus

  • Plain yogurt
  • Chick peas
  • garlic clove
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • Parsley
  1. Drain one tub of plain yogurt on a strainer lined with paper towel for 2 hours.
  2. Place one tin of drained chick peas in your food processor
  3. Add the strained yogurt
  4. Add a garlic clove
  5. Add 2 tbsp of lemon juice
  6. Process for 1 minute.
  7. Serve on a flat plate and garnish with a little olive oil
The idea came when I had too much plain yogurt in my fridge
