Fresh Pear Curry

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 fresh pears
  • 3 T. butter
  • 3 T. brown sugar
  • 1 T. curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Cut pears in half and core. Arrange in a greased baking dish. Mix all remaining ingredients and spoon into each pear half. Bake about 40 minutes or until tender. Makes six servings.
