Fried Corn on the Cob
INGREDIENTS

  • 12 halved ears corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ozs. milk
  • corn flour
DIRECTIONS
  1. Thaw corn, season with Tony's .
  2. Beat egg with milk to make the dip .
  3. Dip corn in egg mix & then roll in the corn flour .
  4. Fry in cooking oil that is heated
  5. to 370 degs. until medium browned .
