Fried Corn
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn(drained)
  • 1/2 Lb. bacon
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown bacon in skillet until crispy,set aside on paper towel. Put corn in skillet with the bacon grease,then crumble bacon on top of corn. Cook on med. Stirring every now and then until corn just starts to brown a little. Then serve.
  2. Tip: You can also add scallions,bell pepper of your choice.
