Fried Rice
  • 3 cups Cooked Rice Chilled
  • 1 cup Meat (pork, chicken, shrimp...)
  • 2 Green Onions Chopped
  • 1 Cup Mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 Lg Eggs; slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbs Oil
  • 3 Tbs Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet or wok add Rice, Green Onion, Mushrooms, and Meat. Cook until rice is hot, slide rice mixture to one side of pan add second tablespoon of oil and eggs, scamble and mix into rice mixture. Add Soy Sauce, Salt and Pepper mix well.
  2. Serve immediately.
A friend gave this recipe to me. It is so simple and delicious! Just like Take-Out.
