Fried eggs with yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add 4 eggs (sunny side up) and cook throroughly.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. When the eggs are completely cooked, remove from heat and add 1 cup of plain yogurt.
  4. You can eat it with pita bread.
  5. Its really fantastic.

RECIPE BACKSTORY
My dad used to make this dish for us on Sunday mornings. I think it was a recipe passed on from his mom. Everytime I think about it, I can just taste it!
