Frosted Cauliflower
  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 2 tsp prepared mustard
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp processed American cheese
  1. Leave the cauliflower whole but remove the leaves and woody base. Cook for 12-15 minutes in boiling salted water to cover. Drain well. Place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with salt. Mix the mayo and mustard and spread all over the cauliflower head. Sprinkle with the cheese and bake at 375 for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
