Fruit Pancakes

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 apple or banana
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • Berries
  • Banana sliced
  • Sliced almonds
  • Syrup
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a blender put milk, eggs, banana or apple, vanilla, cup of oats, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat.
  4. Once warmed, spray with non-stick cooking spray or butter in skillet.
  5. Pour pancake batter into skillet in round circles.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
  7. Flip pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on other side.
  8. Drizzle with the agave syrup or real maple syrup and toppings of choice.
