Fruit Pancakes

- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 apple or banana
- 1/2 tsp salt
- * Topping ideas:
- Berries
- Banana sliced
- Sliced almonds
- Syrup
DIRECTIONS
- In a blender put milk, eggs, banana or apple, vanilla, cup of oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Blend until smooth.
- Heat skillet over medium heat.
- Once warmed, spray with non-stick cooking spray or butter in skillet.
- Pour pancake batter into skillet in round circles.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side.
- Flip pancakes and cook for 2-3 minutes on other side.
- Drizzle with the agave syrup or real maple syrup and toppings of choice.
