Fruit Pie
INGREDIENTS
- 1 container of slice and bake sugar cookies (~17 oz)
- Sliced fruit (apples, peaches, strawberries, kiwi, etc.)
- Whole fruit (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
- 10 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 t almond extract
- 2 T sugar
DIRECTIONS
- Slice cookies into 1/8 inch slices.
- Line sides and bottom of pie dish with cookie dough slices.
- Bake at 375 F until golden brown, 12 min.
- Let cool.
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, and almond extract and spread over baked crust.
- Layer fruit on top.
