Fruit Pie

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 container of slice and bake sugar cookies (~17 oz)
  • Sliced fruit (apples, peaches, strawberries, kiwi, etc.)
  • Whole fruit (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)
  • 10 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 t almond extract
  • 2 T sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice cookies into 1/8 inch slices.
  2. Line sides and bottom of pie dish with cookie dough slices.
  3. Bake at 375 F until golden brown, 12 min.
  4. Let cool.
  5. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and almond extract and spread over baked crust.
  6. Layer fruit on top.
