Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Tortillas

  • 3 mangos
  • 4 kiwis
  • 1 lb. of strawberries
  • 1 carton of raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, cubed
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 18-20 10 inch tortillas
  • Spray butter or butter flavored cooking spray
  • Cinnamon and sugar
  1. Cut fruit and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add sugar and cover and chill in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut tortillas into wedges. Spray baking sheets with butter and arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer. Spray tortilla wedges with butter and sprinkle desired amount of cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes,or until crispy, like chips.
  4. Cool chips and serve with fruit salsa
This is such a refreshing dip that always satisfys my sweet craving.
