GF Enchilada Sauce

- Servings: makes 1 qt.
- Preparation Time: 5 minutes
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 3 T. chili powder (check for GF)
- 1 c. chicken or vegetable stock (I use Tone's chicken base)
- 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 t. ground cumin
- 1 t. dried oregano
- 1 t. onion powder
- 1/2 t. garlic salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 t. crushed red pepper (or to taste)
- 1 T. brown sugar (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a blender container, put on lid and process until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a glass jar and refrigerate to use as needed.
