GINGER SESAME NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

- Preparation Time: 10 minutes
- 8 oz. pasta, we like rice vermicelli
- 2 T. toasted sesame seeds
- ½ c. green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 T. ginger, finely minced
- 3 T. oyster sauce
- 1 T. soy sauce (I use ½ c. orange juice to replace oyster and soy sauce to accommodate David’s soy allergy)
- 1 T. sesame oil
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. While pasta cooks thinly slice green onion and mince ginger. Put the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a large skillet, add drained pasta, sesame seeds, ginger, and green onions. Toss over low heat to combine all ingredients. Add pepper. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Serve immediately.
